HUNTER_SHELL (Marathon shell concept)

I've been really enjoying Marathon and I wanted to take a shot at making a Runner concept of my own. I really liked the idea of being able to control and access UESC units, and seeing as there still is no UESC faction (a la NuCaloric, CyberAcme etc.) I thought the shell could be directly related to it.

I know these sound a bit over-powered but with some changes and tweaks maybe it could work!

Hunter Shell:

"Escape? Unfortunately it's too late for you."

ORION has grown tired of ineffective UESC containment efforts and the unchecked looting operations across Tau Ceti IV. In response, select Runners have been offered conditional amnesty: cooperate with ORION directives, and all prior criminal records will be erased. Authorized Runners will also gain access to the HUNTER shell alongside expanded salvage rights and direct operational support from UESC personnel.

Abilities:

Surveillance State: Enemy Runners observed by nearby UESC forces for an extended duration are periodically pinged to HUNTER.

Deputized Support: Deploy two UESC recruits that follow and defend HUNTER.

Martial Directive: ORION assumes temporary command authority over nearby UESC units. Affected forces aggressively pursue hostile Runners while ignoring HUNTER.
